Improving upon our Guardian3.5 EDC. We retained the same grip and added a new blade to the family. The Tanto style blade profile increases blade strength as the spine is thicker and extends further along the blade. The flat cutting surface improves edge power as the slicing stroke keeps the same pressure along the edge as you cut. The Tanto knife blade is credited as a successor to the Tanto swords first seen during the Heian Era in Japan (794-1185).
Built to last for years through everyday use and available in over 200 buildable combinations, this knife has a 3 inch cutting edge and is 7.25 inches overall.
The knife comes standard with our G3 right hand horizontal leather sheath for front cross-draw carry. "Oiled" Brown leather sheath for the Stonewash and Nimbus Finish blades, Black leather sheath for the Black DLC blades.
