All knives are assembled and finished per your order requirements. In the end, your knife will be customized to your preference.

Taking a cue from our Guardian Series, our new Orwell scales are offered with our raw finished micarta and is slightly thicker than the Gatsby. From the kitchen to the outdoors, this knife offer secure grip when wet. This stainless steel is available in both Stonewashed and High Polished finishes. Designed by Uddeholm AG, AEB-L is a great all around steel and we have received positive responses to our offerings in the Culinary line due to its ability to offer corrosion resistance and it is easy to maintain and sharpen.
When bought in a set of 4, we will include our quality leather roll-up case for for transporting our Orwell or Gatsby steak knives. The leather case has a custom fit hard plastic with felt liners to protect the blades.
